My name is Kristine Herring.  I am a wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend.  But above all, I am a traveler and a searcher.  For truth, for answers, for joy, for peace, for hope, for love.  While I often fall short, I try and rejoice in the moments rather than the days and embrace the journey with all its promise of both glory and heartache.  I derive inexplicable happiness from my family, without whom, this ride would be painfully empty.  I also find that there are few tangible things in life that offer as much comfort as a good book, a great song, and a perfect piece of cake, preferably all enjoyed at the same time.
